Question 1

Do you own all the equipment you supply?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every tipper, prime mover and excavator we list is owned by Aretus Enterprises. We never sub-hire to fill an order.

Question 2

Which areas do you work in?

Accepted Answer

We're based in Odisha and work regularly in Angul, Sambalpur, Hindol, Chandikhol, Barbil and Mayurbhanj. We'll also travel outside the state for the right project, like we did for the Yamuna Expressway.

Question 3

Do you provide operators and fuel?

Accepted Answer

Yes. On wet hire we provide trained operators, fuel and maintenance. If you'd rather use your own operators, dry hire works too.

Question 4

How is haulage billed?

Accepted Answer

Whichever suits you: per trip, per m³, monthly fixed with overtime, or hourly. We share trip logs every day, so the bill matches the measured work.

Question 5

Can we inspect the fleet before signing?

Accepted Answer

Of course. We can show you the fleet at our yard or bring units to your site.

Question 6

Are your vehicles compliant with current emission norms?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our Tata Signa trucks are BS-VI, and we share registration, fitness, insurance and permit papers with you before we deploy.
